Shipping Information

All products on Jersey Custom .Co are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed — helping us ensure top quality with every shipment.

While many of our items are printed and shipped from the United States, we also collaborate with trusted production partners to offer a wider variety of designs. Every partner we work with follows strict quality control and ethical standards.

We currently ship all orders using reliable carriers: USPS and FedEx, depending on your location and the selected shipping option at checkout.

     

ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Processing Time:

All our phone cases and AirPods cases are made to order and produced within 24 hours of your purchase. We start crafting your item right away to ensure fast turnaround without compromising on quality.

Delivery Time:

  • United States: 6 – 10 business days.
  • Rest Of The World: 7 – 15 business days

PLEASE NOTE:

1. The above timeframe is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping method (“days” here is “business days“)
 
2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases.
 
3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
 
4. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.
 
5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

* Check/Track Order Status

– If your order has been shipped out, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email.

– Contact Customer Service at: support@az1.akhoa.shop if you have any doubts referring to your orders.

* Why isn’t the tracking data showing on my tracking number?

– For U.S. orders tracking numbers may take up to 7 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

– For international orders tracking numbers may take up to 10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

– If it has been more than 7 days on a U.S. order or more than 10 days on an international order and your tracking data is still not showing, please get in contact with Support Team.

* I never received my package, what should I do?

Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt. 

For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 30 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.

For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

* How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method.

Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

* International buyers! – What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. 
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse)

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
